Terms of Service

Qronus (qron.us) is a private tool operated for the internal use of Wrenbys, Planet Fashion, Reedmace, and Archnumeris. It is not available to the general public, and access is by invitation only.

Acceptable use

• Accounts are for use by staff and authorized volunteers of the businesses listed above, for drafting, reviewing, and publishing that business's own social media content.
• Users must not connect, post to, or attempt to access any social media account they are not authorized to manage.
• Published content must comply with the terms of service of whichever social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) it is posted to.
• Draft posts require admin approval before publishing; users must not attempt to bypass this review step.

No warranty

Qronus is provided as-is, on a best-effort basis, with no uptime or accuracy guarantee. It is built on third-party open-source software and depends on third-party platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and others) that may change their own APIs, permissions, or policies at any time without notice.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the tool evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
